🧪 About Our Peptides
Are your peptides for human use?
Negative, Space Cowboy. All peptides and compounds sold by Newy Peps are strictly for laboratory research use only. They are not intended for human consumption, therapeutic, or veterinary use.
What purity are your peptides?
All of our peptides are ≥99% pure (HPLC tested) and supplied with a Certificate of Analysis (COA) verifying their identity and quality. Only the good stuff leaves our facility.
Where are your peptides made?
We partner with world-class researchers to source products that meet the highest quality control standards. All products are independently tested before dispatch to ensure purity and integrity.
How should peptides be stored?
Store in a cool, dry environment (2–8°C), away from direct sunlight and humidity. Once reconstituted with bacteriostatic water, refrigerate and use promptly for research applications.
What does "lyophilized" mean?
Lyophilized (freeze-dried) peptides are supplied in a stable powdered form that preserves their structure until reconstitution. This allows for a longer shelf life and easier transport — perfect for the research lab.
How do I reconstitute peptides?
Reconstitution should only be performed by qualified professionals in a research or laboratory setting. For safety and compliance reasons, we're unable to provide mixing instructions.
Do you sell bacteriostatic water?
Yes — we supply bacteriostatic water for research reconstitution purposes. You can order it alongside your peptide products for convenience.
💳 Payments & Refunds
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major payment options including direct bank deposit. All transactions are encrypted and secure.
Can I return or exchange a peptide?
Due to the nature of research materials, we cannot accept returns once a product has been opened or dispatched — unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect. See our Returns & Refunds policy for full details.
What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
Contact us within 48 hours at newypeps@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We'll investigate promptly and offer a replacement, refund, or store credit.
Is a signature required on delivery?
Yes. A signature is required upon delivery for all orders — introduced to help prevent lost or missing parcels. If you're not available to sign, the courier will leave a card so you can arrange redelivery or collect from your nearest post office.
📦 Shipping & Orders
Where do you ship?
We currently ship within Australia only. All orders are dispatched from our local fulfilment facility using trusted carriers including Australia Post, Aramex, and StarTrack.
How long will my order take?
Orders placed before 12 PM AEST are typically dispatched the same day. Estimated delivery times: Standard 2–6 business days (metro), Express 1–3 business days (metro), Regional & Remote 3–7 business days.
How do I track my order?
Once dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number and courier link. Allow up to 24 hours for tracking to activate.

Are your products legal in Australia?
Yes. Our products are legal for laboratory and research use under Australian law. They are not scheduled substances when used for in-vitro, analytical, or educational research purposes.
Do I need a licence to purchase peptides?
No licence is required for legitimate research or laboratory use within Australia. By purchasing from Newy Peps, you confirm you are a qualified professional or researcher acting within applicable regulations.
