Thanks for shopping with Newy Peps. We're proud to supply high-quality, research-grade peptides and compounds to the Australian scientific community. Please read this policy carefully before purchasing.


1. Research Use Only

All Newy Peps products are for laboratory and research use only, handled by trained professionals in controlled environments. Due to the nature of these materials, we're unable to accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind, improper storage or handling, or use outside approved research purposes.

2. No Returns on Opened Products

For safety and quality control, we cannot accept returns of any opened or used peptide vials or research materials. Once a product leaves our facility, we can't verify its integrity if returned.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at newypeps@gmail.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and photographic evidence. Once verified, we'll replace the affected item(s), issue a full or partial refund, or provide store credit at our discretion.

4. Lost or Delayed Orders

We use reputable Australian couriers for all deliveries. While we can't control delays, we'll help track and resolve issues wherever possible. If your parcel is confirmed lost in transit, we'll offer a replacement or refund.

5. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are issued where the wrong product was shipped, the item arrived damaged or defective, the order was cancelled before dispatch, or the product is deemed faulty under Australian Consumer Law. Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 3–7 business days of approval.

6. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds won't be granted where products were used outside research purposes, mishandled or stored incorrectly, the customer provided an incorrect shipping address, or the claim is made more than 7 days after delivery.

7. Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in this policy limits any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). You're entitled to a replacement or refund for faulty, damaged, or misdescribed products, provided you notify us within a reasonable timeframe.
