1. Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). Orders placed before 12 PM AEST are typically dispatched the same day. Once your order has shipped, you'll receive an email with tracking details.
If we experience unusually high order volumes or supply delays, we'll notify you via email.
2. Domestic Shipping (Australia)
We ship all orders within Australia from our local fulfilment facility, using trusted carriers including Australia Post, Aramex, and StarTrack.
Estimated Delivery Times:
- Standard Shipping: 2–6 business days (metro areas)
- Express Shipping: 1–3 business days (metro areas)
- Regional & Remote Areas: 3–7 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on location, carrier performance, and seasonal demand.
3. Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight, delivery location, and courier selection. Free shipping may be offered on select orders or promotions, as indicated on our website.
4. Packaging & Temperature Control
All peptides are shipped in secure, tamper-evident packaging to maintain product integrity. Orders are temperature-protected and handled in compliance with best practices for research compound transport.
5. Tracking Your Order
Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number and courier link. Please allow up to 24 hours after dispatch for tracking information to become active.

6. Shipping Restrictions
Due to regulatory compliance, we currently ship within Australia only. All products are sold strictly for laboratory and research use — not for human consumption or therapeutic use.
7. Delays or Lost Shipments
While most parcels arrive on time, occasional courier or weather delays may occur. If your parcel is delayed or missing:
- Check your tracking number and courier updates.
- Contact us after 7 business days if your order hasn't arrived.
If a package is lost or delivered to an incorrect address due to information provided by the customer, or circumstances outside our control, we'll assess each case individually. At our discretion, a replacement order may be offered at a discounted rate. If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us immediately at newypeps@gmail.com.
8. Incorrect Shipping Details
Please ensure your delivery details are correct before checkout. Newy Peps cannot be held responsible for parcels delayed or undelivered due to incorrect address information.
9. International Shipping
At this time, Newy Peps ships within Australia only. We do not offer international shipping due to import restrictions on research compounds.
10. Signature Required on Delivery
A signature is required upon delivery for all orders to ensure parcels are received safely. If you're unavailable at the time of delivery, the courier will leave a card with instructions to arrange redelivery or collection from your nearest post office.
